It's my pleasure to announce the addition of Peter S. Jenkins as a time-to-time Second Life Future Salon blog contributor. Peter is an author, lawyer and futurist with an interest in online virtual worlds, artificial intelligence, emerging technologies and the technological singularity hypothesis. His personal blog is Egratz, and he has papers available for free download on the Social Science Research Network, including The Virtual World as a Company Town - Freedom of Speech in Massively Multiple Online Role Playing Games (making him very excited about this) and Leafleting and Picketing on the 'Cydewalk' - Four Models of the Role of the Internet in Labour Disputes.
You may remember Peter from his pointed Jig Is Up! comment on Sony finally embracing player-to-player markets for the sale of virtual property, as well as from the famous WTF!? encounter where he drove over a Roomba with a Segway at last year's Accelerating Change conference!
Welcome aboard, Peter. Looking forward to your contributions and collisions!
